Winter 2002 Works:      
 


Loft area in need of a railing (for the NYE Party).

   


Front Porch

 

Original loft and stairways before Jarda Stehlik built a railing (see next page).

 Living Area / Entrance

Old planters (on the right) got removed and another new railing was built instead (photo page 4).

Smokers Porch (lower right)
     
Wood stove will be moved to the concrete block wall on the left; the wall will be finished with stones and the floor with mexican tiles (in Spring 2003?).

Loft Toilet aka "Kadibudka"
New toilets were installed and tested in the entire house (one in this "Kadibudka" on the loft, one on the main floor and one in the basement).

Upper Rear Porch
Most junk from the areas under the porches is going to a local dump to make space for a firewood storage.

Basement
Basement currently serves as a depot for water tank and solar system elements. The old carpet got removed; more stuff is waiting to be dumped;

Old Hot Tub and Swimming Pool Area

Porch is in a fair shape; only some tree branches needed to be trimmed.

These amenities might be beyond repair...
